With a nationwide network and key contacts in most states the country, the process of matching birth parents with adoptive families becomes simpler and more streamlined. Our reach and support is nationwide and we can be there for you wherever you are.

You can get help with:

You’re in control of who your baby goes to.
Here’s how it works:
- We show you profiles with real stories and photos of waiting families.
- You can pick what matters most to you—like race, religion, parenting style, or if they already have kids.
- Want to meet them? You can call, text, video chat, or even meet in person.
We’ll support you the whole way. If it doesn’t feel right, you can choose someone else.
Wherever you feel safest.
- If you already have a doctor or hospital you like, great!
- If not, we’ll help you find one and make sure everything’s covered.
- You’ll make a hospital plan—you choose who’s in the room, what happens after birth, and how involved you want to be.
You’ll never be alone. A Heart to Heart team member can be with you in person at the hospital too, if you want.
You decide both—no pressure.

- Or, if you need to travel for support or safety, we can arrange that too.
- Meeting the family? That’s your choice. It can happen before birth, at the hospital, or not at all—it’s totally up to you.
We’ll coordinate everything so you feel safe and respected every step of the way.
Yes. You choose how open (or private) the adoption is.
Here are the options:
- Open adoption: You stay in touch—texts, visits, pictures, video chats.
- Semi-open: Maybe just letters or occasional photos.
- Closed: No contact, if that feels better for you.
Most families are open to keeping a connection, and we’ll help you find one who fits your wishes. You’ll never be left out of the process.
